GTX Hanex Plastic Sp. z o.o. is a pioneer in research into innovative technologies in the area of plastic production and processing. The company offers the highest quality of products owing to modern machines used, high-quality materials, well-qualified and skilled production staff; which is acknowledged by numerous certificates.
Due to constant investments in machine park Hanex co-creates world trends in the area of package manufacturing. The research team have been developing innovative technologies, which which enable to reduce weight of packages and do not change their practical use. As a result,the company was the first producer to launch a new light PET-HANEX PCO preform for drinks, which weighs only 31 grams. Hanex has put into operation the one of its kind in the country production line for manufacturing multilayer PET film with possibility to use a layer of polyethylene. This material of a wide practical use has been commonly applied in many branches of industry.
Hanex has spent 2,000,000 zl for research and development for the last 2 years. The implemented projects, patents pending, and 49 registered designs are the result of the actions taken. In the near future, Hanex is planning to spend approximately 10,000,000 zl on further research.
The research and development operates in cooperation with leading world and Polish companies, universities and research centres. Among Hanex cooperators there are: Poznan University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology, Institute of Food Certifying AR Kraków, Chemistry Department of Nicolaus Copernicus University, COBRO, Elana PET Sp. z o.o., SK Eurochem Sp. z o.o, SK Chemicals in Korea, Color Matrix in Holland and the UK, and Mitsubishi Gas Chemicals in Japan. The company is working on creating its own laboratory where research will be done.
