1. We produce transparent PET film (shiny), as a standard, yet our film is also availalble in a wide range of colours – transparent as well as opaque. Black, brown and white are the colours, which are most frequently chosen by the customers. All kinds of our films are certified for the food contact. The colour matching is made according to

-PANTONE number

-A colour sample sent by a customer

Our film is produced in reels, which are additionally protected by stretch film, and placed on euro pallets.

The film produced by GTX HANEX is available in following reel sizes:

- width:

-        minimum 250 mm (however, for the film thickness from 0.15 – 0.20 mm minimal width is 350 mm, and maximum reel diameter is 400 mm).

-        maximum 1400 mm.

Available at every 1 mm ( acceptable variance is +/-1mm for all sizes)

- thickness:

from 0.15 – 1.2 mm

Available at every 0.05 mm (acceptable variance for the film thickness of 0.15 – 0.49 mm is +/-5%; for the film thickness of 0.5 – 1.2 mm, it is +/-3%)

1. the use of rigid film enables a range of applications:

-        thermoformable packages – blister type; used in food, electronics, chemical cleaners, cosmetics, toys etc. packaging.

-        Stamped packages – boxes and tubes used as exclusive packaging for presents, ornaments, window shades, curtain poles or candles.

-        heat sealed PET/PE packages  - easy peel; enable multiple opening and closing the package of food (cheese, cold meat, meat, curd cheese. etc)

Our film is printable and can be metallized, yet initial tests for a final receiver’s technology lines are required.

1. All GTX HANEX products are three-layer films of AAA or ABA structure. The outer layers “A” are always made of  virgin raw material. They constitute 10-15% of film thickness and act as “functional barrier” according to EC 1835/2004. The middle layer constitutes70-80%. Different types of film may contain recycled material, virgin material, or a mixture of various materials. Antiblock is added in order to improve sliding properties of the outer layers.

A-PET (A/A/A) – all layers made of PET VIRGIN

R-PET (A/B/A) – inner layer B – about 70-80% made of recycled material

G-PET(G/A/G) – outer layers made of PETG, inner layer made of PET VIRGIN

G-PET(G/R/G) – inner layer B – obout 70-80% made of recycled material

G-PET(G/G/G) – all layers made of PETG polyester.

PET/PE – PET films laminated with 50mm thick layer of PE film. EVOH and PEEL laminates also available. Possible configurations: PET/PE, PET/PE/PEEL, PET/PE/EVOH, PET/PE/EVOH/PEEL).

1. Foamed PET – this is also a three-layer film, yet it is pearl-white, therefore it cannot be transparent. Because of its shock-absorbing properties, it is perfect for delicate products (e.g. fruit, vegetables, meat etc.).

- eco-PET – thermoformable R-PET polyester technical film with a three-layer structure. Outer layers are produced from virgin material, whereas inner one contains second-class recycled material. Shortly, our offer will involve eco-pet film with all three layers produced from second-class recycled material. Due to the materials used, this film’s visual quality is inferior to A-PET or R-PET, which are destined for food contact.
